A Study On The Sentencing Recommendations Of The Leniency System For Admitting Guilt And Accepting Punishment

As the leader of sentencing suggestion,the procurator should abide by the principle of lenient and strict punishment,the principle of adapting to criminal responsibility and punishment,the principle of litigation economy and judicial cooperation.For this reason,this paper puts forward some solutions,such as constructing voluntary pre-court review procedure,strengthening the voluntary legal aid function of duty lawyer,standardizing,intelligentized,accurate sentencing suggestion,ensuring the normal function of sentencing adjustment.
