The newly revised Administrative Litigation Law in 2017 was promulgated and formally implemented.Since then,China's administrative public interest litigation system has basically been established at the legal level.As a result,Pro-curatorial organ have been given important legal supervision duties to safeguard public welfare.The pro-curatorial administrative public interest litigation work in China has developed from the initial pilot stage to the development period of nearly five years now.Protectorates at all levels across the country shoulder the moral responsibility.By supervising and performing their duties,the status of public welfare violations has not only been effectively prevented and The expansion has also made those units and people exercising public power more consciously and actively perform their duties.China's administrative public interest litigation system has gradually developed and improved in the process of exploration,but as a new system,it is still trapped by many problems in the design process of its own system.Some new questions.In recent years,the top-down system reform of the supervisory authorities has not only directly caused the protectorate to re-position and restructure its own function allocation system,but also to inspect various public interest litigation including administrative public interest litigation.Thework has also produced a large impact and a certain impact.How to effectively respond to the impact of the reform of the supervision system on China's pro-curatorial administrative public interest litigation work and further improve the current administrative public interest litigation system in China has become a new focus of research.
