A Study Of The Admission And Admission Provisions Of The Global Compact For Refugees

The refugee problem has existed since ancient times,and it has involved many fields such as religion,nationality,politics,history,and so on.If the issues of refugees are allowed to develop arbitrarily,it will inevitably have a huge negative impact on global security,human rights protection,economic development,and the relationship between countries and regions.The issues of refugees are getting worse and more and more people are focusing on refugee groups.The refugee is no longer a temporary regional issue.Once this issue is not resolved,its influence will be enough to trigger a global humanitarian crisis.Therefore,the study of refugee has important practical significance,especially for the healthy of the international community and all mankind.There is an uneven sharing of responsibilities on refugee response issues,especially for countries and regions that receive a large number of refugees.If the responsibility and burden are not shared,it will not only bring some problems to the development of the host countries,but the rights and interests of refugees can not be better protected.This paper intends to analyze the contents of the reception and admission clause in the Global Compact on refugees adopted on December 17,2018,and draws a conclusion on how to deal with the problem of refugees by sharing the burden of the host countries in the new era,and further summarizes the shortcomings of the acceptance clause,and puts forward some concrete ways to improve it.The specific arrangement of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is mainly to summarize the reception and admission clause,to explain the relevant aspects of the refugee problem,and the second chapter is to systematically analyze the content of he reception and admission clause.The third chapter is mainly about the content of the reception and admission clause.The last chapter is the enlightenment to China and practice research of China.
