A strong youth is a strong country, and minors have a complete childhood and growth environment, and have a greater chance of becoming a pillar of the motherland. The fact that there is no child to support the child is named "de facto orphan" in some other places. In fact,my country has few policies related to the protection of unsupported children, making it a more difficult group of children in difficult situations. In fact, the guardians of unsupported children are incapable of guardianship and inadequate guardianship, which leads to such children's survival difficulties. Therefore, effectively transferring their guardianship to a person or organization that can perform guardianship duties can solve the plight of such children to a large extent. This article explores the guardianship transfer system from the perspective of solving the dilemma of the guardianship of unsupported children by consulting a large amount of literature.Defining the concept and classification of unsupported children in fact, distinguishing them from the concepts of orphans and other children in difficult circumstances. The transfer of guardianship is divided into active transfer, passive transfer and entrusted guardianship.Selecting relevant judicial cases and researching the status quo of my country's laws, analyzing the problems in the system of transfer of guardianship for unsupported children in my country, and proposing accordingly that the system of guardianship transfer should be specifically regulated in legislation.Different guardianship transfer procedures should be improved, the guardianship subject and guardianship responsibilities should be clarified, and the rules of the guardianship supervision system should be improved, with a view to making a contribution to the improvement of our country's de facto unsupported child guardianship transfer system.
