Civil Forensic Identification System Research

The system of civil judicial authentication plays an important role in the evidence of civil procedure law.As the product of litigation civilization and the development of science and technology,forensic expertise can perfectly link science and technology with litigation procedure.The value of the judicial authentication system is embodied in the use of its unique legal and scientific dual attributes to explain the technical confusion encountered by the judges in the process of litigation.The civil judicial authentication system covers the starting of the authentication procedure,the implementation of the judicial authentication,the cross-examination and authentication of the appraisal opinions,and the punishment of the violation of the appraisal rules.The above contents are mutually compliant and coordinated in the appraisal process,with the purpose of maintaining a reasonable appraisal order and assisting the court to confirm the professional facts by the way of outputting appraisal opinions.This paper introduces the basic connotation of the civil judicial identification system and the historical development of the judicial identification system in China,reflects on the current situation and system defects of the judicial identification system through the combination of theory and cases,and at the same time puts forward solutions to the system deficiencies one by one.
