In the information age,the new network products and new way of trading,electronic data and enters into people's horizons with this reason.In the process of the adjudication of criminal cases,the electronic data gradually became one of the key part of evidence in the case,then due to the electronic data itself,makes the report of relevant electronic data authenticity review became the educational world attention.However,the current scholarly research on the facticity of electronic data in criminal procedure is insufficient comprehensive,and the relevant legislation in this field is not perfect.Therefore,there is still a large research space for the review of the authenticity of electronic data,and I hope I could understand the problems on the one hand in our country so much so can come up with some suggessions for the perfection of the future in this field.For this paper,we will in-depth research the phenomenon that by means of typical cases.Therefore,we can lead out the disadvantages about the review of electronic data in criminal proceedings.Last but not least,we can put forword some suggessions to perfect the censor of electronic data in criminal trial.Only in this way can we achieve better development of the review of the authenticity of electronic data in China.
