On The Perfection Of The Accountability System Of Judges In Wrong Cases In Our Country

Improving the accountability system for judges' wrong cases can reduce the occurrence of unjust cases and wrong cases to the extent that can be controlled in actual operation.More importantly,it eliminates the arbitrary space of judicial officials,and realizes effective restriction of public power and effective protection of freedom.Therefore,starting from the basic theory of wrong cases,we differentiate and analyze the related issues of wrong case responsibility,answer questions such as the standard of wrong case correction,the subject of wrong case,and the way of investigating wrong case,and address the incomplete identification standard of wrong case in China and the incomplete investigation procedure.Scientific and unreasonable measures for investigating wrong cases,and carrying out specific analysis based on the actual situation of our country,to continuously improve our country's judges' wrong case accountability system and put forward a number of suggestions on judges' wrong case judgment standards,methods of accountability,and principles of accountability.The path that suits our country to improve this system is of great significance for enhancing the sense of responsibility of judges,ensuring the independence of judges,and preventing judicial corruption,and further helps to implement the accountability system for judges' wrong cases.
