Construction And Application Of Municipal Social Security Data Knowledge Graph

As the top priority of national policy,social security has been the focus of national social management for many years.China is in the process of rapid development.The potential risks of social security problems are always in turmoil,threatening the stability of the country,the life of the people and the development of the country.For the stable development of the country and the long-term stability of the society,it is necessary to study the data related to social security.However,due to the existence of too many elements in the event,such as the place,time and participants of the event,it is difficult to study the social security event.This paper defines the elements related to the event,integrates the internal relations of the event,and constructs the domain knowledge map of social security events.From the theoretical point of view,it makes some innovation in the research field,which provides a certain reference value for the management of social security events.The specific research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)This paper studies the current event centered open ontologies and thesauri,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of their description of event elements and semantic inclusion,and makes a comparative study of several ontology models.(2)This paper analyzes the way and process of governance of social security incidents,analyzes the content and elements of data related to social security incidents,comprehensively evaluates the relationship between them,and creates an ontology model of social security incidents by reusing some current ontologies,so as to standardize the information organization of social security incidents.(3)According to the requirements of ontology standardization of social security,the knowledge map of social security data is constructed,and the map is applied by using query and graph structure algorithm.
