| The year 2020 is the decisive year for China's overall poverty alleviation.The year 2021 is the initial year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the first year of marching toward the second centenary goal.It is full of new opportunities and new challenges.However,China has always faced the problem of inequality in development.Getting rid of poverty in ethnic villages in remote areas has become the key to national rejuvenation.Relying on the unique natural landscape and time-honored and profound customs in ethnic areas,the development of tourism in ethnic areas has become one of the countermeasures for targeted poverty alleviation in China.The tourism development of Shangzhai Village in Langde,Guizhou Province is a benchmark for the development of China's ethnic groups,but the protection of women's participation right is rarely studied.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply explore the protection of women's participation right in order to ensure the steady development of tourism in ethnic regions.Chapter one through theoretical analysis,summarizes and sorts out the domestic and foreign development forms and main ideas and theories of the protection of women's participation right in the process of ethnic tourism development.I will mainly study this problems from following four aspects:the theory of citizen participation?the theory of human rights of woman?the protection on the rights of international minorities and to safeguard aborigines' rights.This chapter looks closely at formulation and implement of the statute law of china by analyzing some relevent academic research achievements at home and abroad and drawing lessons from advanced viewpoints on Law abroad in that to make foundation for next field investigation and the perfection of the guarantee of women's right to participate in ethnic tourism development.Chapter two analyzes the status quo of women's right to participate in the development of ethnic tourism by means of field investigation.The specific phenotypic forms of women's participation rights are mainly divided into participating in tourism projects,participating in major decisions,participating in daily management and participating in benefit distribution.Through interviews with the villagers and tourists of Langde Shangzhai Village,it is known that women have made great contributions to the development of ethnic tourism and the harmonious development of family and society,driving the high-quality development of local economy and society,and protecting and inheriting cultural heritage.Chapter three Analyzing problems in the process of ethnic development in Langde Village systematically.First,there are some problems in the process of participation that are mainly too onefold single way of participation to have innovation?the lack of fund and make bottom decision etc.Second,women's personal development always succumbs to limited professional ability?insufficient knowledge reserves and old ideas and other reasons.Third,the one of key factors to guarantee women's right to participate hardly is the imperfection of law,especially the written safeguard measures and the awareness of rights protection need to be improved.Chapter four proposing some perfect projects to safeguard women's right to participate in ethnic tourism development.This Chapter is to answer questions in chapter three and put forward proposals to improve and perfect the guarantee of women's right to participate from the legislation,implementation,individual rights protection at the basis of theoretical basis in chapter one and present situation in chapter two.Our country should enact laws to impose restrictions on tourism development in ethnic areas in central legislation and local legislation directly,meanwhile should specify participators,particularly pay close attention to the problem of the guarantee of women's right to participate.On the law enforcement level,our country should safeguard the women's right to education?enhance legal awareness?establish and improve financial support policies?improve grass roots autonomous organizations;On the level of improving women's sense of participation,women's self-quality?awareness and ability of safeguard rights should be improved.Only when the whole society forms a joint force,the law in books can become the real rights and interests. |
