Among the four strategic spaces for human development(land,ocean,space,and sky),the ocean is the second largest space,and is the development base for biological resources,energy,water resources,and metal resources.It is also the most realistic and most promising space at present.Strategic space for development potential.The development of unmanned submersibles,the use of unmanned submersibles for maritime law enforcement,and the use of them as a tool for hot pursuit at sea when necessary,and other potential or practical related legal issues,all urgently need to be resolved in a timely manner.The international law discussed in this article does not define the application of the subject in the protection of the rights of the law of the sea,in terms of the law of the sea and many other aspects.Unauthorized and serious incidents and harmless acts around the world help us.A realistic and reliable foundation and support for better protection of national sovereignty and territorial integrity.With expansion the scope of use of the marine system,legal investigations and review of the use of the system are imminent.Rather than putting the marine unmanned system in a legal vacuum,it is better to comprehensively judge its application purpose and usage,etc.,and introduce it into the legal order to be restrained.Therefore,in order to legally develop the use of marine unmanned systems,relevant regulations(international law and domestic law)need to be studied.Through these regulations,not only the owners of marine unmanned systems,but also their users can be provided with specific Legal guidelines.This article also indirectly introduces the international and domestic research hotpots and highlights in 2020,analyzes the international status of China's marine technology,and proposes the future development direction of China's deep-sea submersibles.
