Research On The Legalization Of Socialist Core Values

Values are the comprehensive expression of people's views,attitudes and standpoints when dealing with value problems.They are formed in the process of facing practical problems,resulting in general views and fundamental views on the relationship between value and value.The socialist core values are the values embodied in the form of socialist society.In China,the socialist core values reflect the essence of socialist values,guide the direction of socialism and the goal of struggle,run through and permeate in the great practice of socialism guided by Marxist theory,and are the soul of the socialist system.However,with the complex struggle of international ideology,the emergence of domestic people's value confusion and ideological confusion,it shows the weakness and separation of China's socialist core values.How to condense the social consensus,enhance the social members' recognition of the socialist core values,and promote the socialist core values to become the mainstream values has become one of the focuses in the research field of socialist core values.Promote the practice of socialist core values and let socialist core values become China's social mainstream values for,so as to lead the spiritual construction and gather social consensus.This is a systematic work,which needs joint exploration in theory and practice,and joint participation in many fields.At present,promoting the incorporation of socialist core values into law is an important part of the research on cultivating and practicing socialist core values.Based on the compulsion of legal system,social members can internalize and absorb the essence of socialist core values,and externalize them into specific behavior guidance,so as to promote the cultivation and implementation of socialist core values.In 2016,the central office issued the guiding opinions on further integrating the socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law,which proposed to combine the values embodied in the socialist core values with the legal system,taking this as an opportunity to establish a good social atmosphere.This paper consists of four parts.Firstly,it summarizes the legalization of the socialist core values,which paves the way for the study of the legalization of the socialist core values.This paper introduces and explains the basic concept of legalization of socialist core values,the theoretical and practical basis of legalization of socialist core values,and the significance of legalization of socialist core values.Secondly,it studies and analyzes the current situation of legalization practice,and finds out the current situation that the theory does not conform to the practice.On the content,it discusses the process of legalization,the current situation of practice and the problems existing in the practice of legalization.Thirdly,it analyzes the reasons behind the difficulties in legalization,trying to find a feasible way to solve the problems.Based on the problems existing in the practice of legalization,this paper analyzes the deep causes of the difficulties in legalization from three levels: the subject level,the object level and the environment level.It mainly includes the difficulties in the combination of socialist core values and the legal system in theory,the influence of legal defects on the effect of legalization in practice,and the weakening of the effect of legalization in the chaotic social environment.Finally,by summing up the causes,this paper puts forward feasible ways to solve the problem,and provides a feasible scheme for exploring the road of legalization.In the content,it discusses from three aspects: the theoretical research on the legalization of socialist core values,the optimization of the legal system of socialist core values and the consolidation of the social foundation of legalization,in order to systematically provide the development path of the legalization of socialist core values.
