Forced labor refers to any act of involuntary work or service that is threatened with punishment,forcing anyone to perform.Although my country has relevant legal systems to prohibit forced labor,the standards for determining forced labor are still different from international labor standards.And improving the relevant legislation banning forced labor has become an urgent opportunity at this stage.and historical analysis methods.Give examples of argumentation methods to study the legal system for prohibiting forced labor in China,analyze the new changes in the legal system for prohibiting forced labor at this stage,and at the same time,systematically review China's current legal system for prohibiting forced labor,and make up for the current prohibition in various aspects and perspectives.There is a gap in the practice of the legal system of forced labor.It is necessary to seek a point of convergence at the international level and the international level,and use typical cases to highlight the problems in the practice of prohibiting.Various research methods are used to study the legal system of prohibition of forced labor in our country and to analyze new changes in the legal system of prohibition of forced labor at this stage.At the same time,the current legal system of prohibition of forced labor in our country will be systematically sorted out;the gaps in the practice of the current legal system in my country for the prohibition of forced labor will be filled in theory from various aspects and perspectives;and the international level and the international level must be sought for.This thesis is made up of four parts,the main content of which is as follows:The first chapter of the article first provides an overview of forced labor,then introduces the present form of forced labor cases in my country.The author classifies the objects of forced labor into forced labor imposed on abducted women and children.There are five types of labor,forced labor by "black intermediaries",forced labor by vulnerable groups such as mentally retarded and deaf-mute people,forced labor on migrant workers,and forced labor on domestic workers.First,it presents the historical development of labor standards prohibiting forced labor,then summarizes the importance of the prohibition of forced labor and the role of labor standards prohibiting forced labor.Then presented and analyzed the main content of international labor standards prohibiting forced labor.Based on the second chapter,the third chapter mainly deals with the comparison between my country's laws and regulations prohibiting forced labor and international labor standards,explaining that the labor standards prohibiting forced labor are consistent but also different.In the fourth chapter,the article presents his own ideas on improving our country's legal system against the prohibition of forced labor.First,it is necessary to promote the incorporation of the right not to be subjected to forced labor in the constitution.Consider adopting the enumeration and generalization method in labor laws and regulations,and improve specific regulations on serious circumstances in penal laws and regulations.Finally,it is necessary to improve the social security system.
