On The List System Of Dishonest Persons Subject To Execution

Several provisions of the Supreme People's Court on publishing the list of dishonest Executees have experienced many challenges since 2013,and were revised in 2017.As an important support for improving China's social credit system,the list system of dishonest Executees has made great development in recent years.However,as an important legal support for docking China's social credit system,the system still has some deficiencies and often becomes the object of heated discussion.Based on an objective and rational person,the author tries to explore the influencing factors of the dishonest's choice of whether to keep his promise,and then analyzes the dishonest's motivation according to the influencing factors of the dishonest,which is the basis for exploring the deficiency of the dishonest executee list system and the need to improve his thinking.After analyzing the influencing factors of dishonest people,the author tries to join the thinking of dishonest punishment to enhance the exploration of trustworthy value orientation.Finally,using the results of the above analysis,the author puts forward corresponding opinions on the shortcomings and improvement of the dishonest list system.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the text is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the dishonest list system,which mainly defines the relevant concepts of the dishonest list system,and analyzes the causes of the dishonest Executees.The second part analyzes the legislative and judicial status of the dishonest executee system,and combs and analyzes the relevant systems abroad.The third part discusses the dilemma and causes of the dishonest list system.In the fourth part,the author puts forward some simple suggestions and solutions according to the plight of the dishonest list system.To sum up,through the above four parts,the author hopes to provide some useful opinions on the research of the list system of dishonest Executees,and hope to be helpful to the formulation and practice of relevant laws and regulations.
