Research On The Path Of Maintaining Marxist Ideological Leadership In The "post-truth Era"

Ideological leadership is also called cultural leadership.In Antonio Gramsci's view,it mainly refers to the leadership of non-governmental academic groups,newspapers,schools,churches and other institutions.In fact,it is directly related to the ideological security and future of a country's political power.With the deepening of globalization and the increasing popularity of the Internet,the western capitalism puts on the disguise of the so-called universal values,and launches this ideological war without smoke of gunpowder against our country.It uses the post truth form(such as lies,false information,alternative facts,etc.)which is characterized by "emotional belief is superior to objective facts" to disrupt the general strategy of peaceful evolution of China's socialist core values,which poses a serious challenge and threat to China's Marxist ideological leadership.Therefore,taking the "post truth" phenomenon widely existing in western society as the breakthrough point,it probes into how to maintain the leadership of Marxist ideology in the new media era in China.It is mainly divided into four parts:The first part illustrates the concept of "post-truth" and teases out its generated logic in order to reveal the main causes of formation of "post-truth" times are the facts and feelings of upside down,the abuse of technology and capital,discourse and emotional disorder,and shows the expressions of the "post-truth" times are the lies bias,false information,"alternative" facts and manipulation of public opinions.Therefore,the ideological characteristics of "post-truth" times are diversity,falsity,irrational,shelter,and so on,which has paid the way for clarifying the appearance of post-truth ideologies;The second part introduces the western ideological critical theory from the perspective of "social control" : in terms of educational control,it is reflected in the ideological curriculum theory of Michael W.Apple.In terms of technical control,it is embodied in Herbert Marcuse's technical rationality,Guy Debord's landscape society and Jean Baudrillard's simulacra world.In terms of legal control,Louis Althusser's "ideology state machine" was manifested;The third part points out the post-truth representations in the field of ideology in our country: Post-truth solidifies the network populism thought;Post-truth adheres to the principle that media's economic interests are supreme;Post-truth intensifies the alienation of network information.It also illustrates the post-truth challenge in the ideological field of our country: Post-truth's ethos activate populism in the online public opinion field;Post-truth's capital logic controls the discourse power of network media platforms;Post-truth's information alienation weakens the leadership of Marxist ideology.In the fourth part,in view of the serious impact of the post-truth issues on the ideological field of our country,with the help of the perspective of social control,the concrete and effective paths are put forward to maintain the leadership of Marxist ideology in our country:(1)on educational control path,"organic intellectuals" are cultivated elaborately to control the discourse power of public opinion;the theoretical achievements of the sinicization of Marxism in the new era are publicized in a timely manner;media literacy education is improved systemically to realize value recognition;(2)on technology control path,a blockchain technology governance mechanism should be constructed in the post-truth era:information barriers should be broken through the distribution of blockchain;the traceability of the information sources should be ensured through the "non-tampering" of the blockchain;the transition should be realized from "information interconnection" to "trust interconnection" through the "consensus mechanism" of the blockchain;(3)on legal control path,the fundamental system of Marxism's guiding position in the field of ideology should be adhered to and improved to overlap with the consensus of post-truth;normative and powerful legal regulations should be built to improve the monitoring of post-truth issues;the advantages of the socialist consultative democracy system should be consolidated to improve the mechanism of dealing with the post-truth.
