Research On County-level Government Policy Support In County-level Scientific And Technological Innovation

Scientific and technological innovation plays a decisive role in the overall strength of a country.To improve the overall level of national technological innovation,top-level design alone is far from enough.To implement the innovation-driven development strategy,the foundation,vitality,and difficulties are all at the county level.In the process of developing county-level technological innovation,government support plays a key role.At present,in terms of the level of technological innovation in counties across the country,the development of different counties is uneven.For the underdeveloped counties,the level of technological innovation is the restrictive factor for the county’s economic development.To improve the level of county-level technological innovation,we must rely on the supporting role of the county-level government and place technological innovation at the core of the county’s overall development.This article summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign governments supporting county-level scientific and technological innovation,and then discusses the role of government supporting county-level scientific and technological innovation.This article uses literature research methods,statistical analysis methods,survey research and related theories,and takes government support in scientific and technological innovation in Linshu County as the research object.By analyzing the current situation of Linshu County government’s support for scientific and technological innovation,it is found that the problems of Linshu County’s scientific and technological innovation with Chinese government support are mainly government support lagging behind market development,lack of scientific and technological innovation,internal government mechanism problems,insufficient financial funds and scientific and technological input.These problems are mainly due to the low efficiency of the scientific and technological innovation system,limited financial resources,and policies.Caused by poor execution and other reasons.On the basis of analyzing the problems,actively learning from the advanced experience of governments at all levels of domestic and foreign leading regions in promoting scientific and technological innovation,and combining the actual situation of Linshu County,put forward some optimization suggestions,such as actively improving the scientific and technological innovation system and transforming scientific and technological innovation.Concept,clarify the role of the government,optimize the external environment of technological innovation,to promote the Linshu County government to fully support technological innovation,improve the government’s technology management and service level,scientifically allocate all kinds of resources throughout the county,and continue to meet the technological innovation of the county’s economic and social development.It is necessary to promote the transformation of its own economic development mode,and strive to build Linshu County into a new highland for the development of high-end industrial clusters and high-end talent innovation,so as to truly achieve a strong industrial county and innovative development.
