Research On The Protection Of The Right To Be Forgotten In My Country In The Era Of Big Data

Big data technology empowers people and brings many conveniences to personal production and life.During this period,data also became an important social resource.However,the creation,analysis and use of objective data is risky and leads to a large accumulation of personal data in illusions not related to "objective truth" or "noises" that hinder active development goals.The right to be forgotten,which can be forgotten,ensures the security of your personal data.This article presents the first right to be forgotten case in the EU and the first right to be forgotten case in my country and examines why the right to be forgotten was introduced in the EU and worldwide.The development of the right to be forgotten to conclude that there is a transplant in my country.On this basis,the fundamental reality and fundamental theory of the protection of the right to forget are discussed.Faced with the dialectical relationship between forgetting and memory,the protection of the right to be forgotten becomes increasingly important.In particular,data discrimination and data leaks exposed in the "Information epidemic" require measures to address these issues and risks.In theory,the right to be forgotten can be balanced with the right to information and the right to freedom of expression,and it is consistent with the principle of data ethics,which is the theoretical basis for the protection of the right to be forgotten in China.Finally,this article will combine the context of our country to study the methods of protecting the right to be forgotten in order to reduce the negative impact on the individual.
