Research On The Russian Civil Execution System

Civil enforcement is to urge the debtor to timely and fully fulfill the requirements of the enforcement documents through the means of state coercion,and it is an important guarantee for the realization of the civil rights and interests of the right people.With the development of the economy and society,a large number of civil and commercial cases have poured into the courts,followed by a sharp increase in the number of civil judgment executions,which has drawn much attention to the issue of civil execution.It is generally believed that my country's civil enforcement legislation is mainly influenced by the Soviet Union's legal system in the 1950 s.Therefore,the problems existing in the Russian civil enforcement system will also be reflected in my country's civil enforcement system.In addition,the Russian civil enforcement system also has some experience worthy of our reference in the aspects of separate legislation,disclosure of enforcement information,and enforcement of remedies.With the basic purpose of improving my country's civil enforcement system,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of Russia's civil enforcement system,the article proposes ways to improve my country's civil enforcement system from the aspects of formulating a civil enforcement code,promoting the reform of the separation system between trial and enforcement,and extending the time limit for enforcement.specific recommendations.
