| In recent years,with the development of the Internet,smart phones occupy an increasing proportion in people's lives,and mobile APP as an Internet derivative product is also constantly popular.In July 2021,the Cyberspace Administration of China issued a notice to remove the Didi APP.Because it illegally collects and uses personal information,it is required to strictly comply with legal requirements and national standards,and make serious rectification to ensure the security of the personal information of APP users.In the context of big data,in order to gain benefits,the operators of mobile APP generally collect personal information in violation of laws and regulations,which infringes the personal information rights and interests of mobile APP users,and fraud and other derivative infringement caused by personal information leakage also cause serious personal and property damage to users.So this paper from the perspective of civil law,combined with the judicial practice involving mobile phone APP infringement personal information dispute cases,summarizes the legislative situation and find out the problems in practice,and analyze the infringement,finally from the legislative,judicial,management level for mobile phone APP user personal information protection,make mobile APP and its users to achieve efficient use of information and effective protection of win-win goals. |
