| Function is one of the important learning contents in high school knowledge content and also the hot content of the college entrance examination.The function knowledge has high abstractness and complexity,which is a difficult content for students to learn mathematics knowledge.As one of the basic elementary functions,logarithm function is the content that students are exposed to in the first year of high school.The concept of logarithm function is abstract,which is generally introduced by exponential function.The concept of logarithm function mainly includes independent variable,dependent variable,definition domain,base number range and corresponding rule.Understanding the concept of logarithm function plays an important role in the memory of function knowledge and the solution of problems.This paper attempts to explore high school students’ conceptual understanding level and existing problems by analyzing the dimensions of conceptual understanding and compiling corresponding questionnaires,so as to reveal the importance of understanding the concept of logarithm function and its guiding role in practical teaching.The author through reading a large number of relevant documents and according to their own reserves of knowledge and practical experience,the concept understanding level of evaluation model,logarithmic function according to the model of measuring dimension,prepare the corresponding questionnaire,questionnaire for the title and the appropriate detailed grading rules,thereby a questionnaire,collecting valid questionnaires,analyzing the questionnaire,test high school students understand the extent of the logarithmic function concept.Through questionnaire survey and statistics of collected data,the author draws the following conclusions:(1)students’ understanding of concepts in different dimensions is unbalanced.Students have a high level of conceptual perception and representation in these two dimensions.On the basis of understanding the conceptual knowledge of logarithm function,students can identify the logarithm function and complete the calculation of the corresponding logarithm function.Moreover,they can express the logarithm function in the form of graph or symbol.In terms of problem solving,students are generally able to extract relevant knowledge of logarithm function from understanding the meaning of the topic to solve this problem.However,some students cannot extract information about logarithm function from the topic,which makes it difficult to solve the problem correctly.Students scored the worst in the connection dimension,and it was difficult for them to present a complete and logical concept map of logarithm function,and the relationship on the concept map was not clear or lacked relevant knowledge points.(2)students’ understanding of the concept of logarithm function is related to their learning.From external motivation,and reasonable mathematical learning time arrangement,effective,and make full use of logarithmic function,for their mathematics learning can be found in time and make up for the lack of diverse teaching methods and teachers and it is suitable for the needs of students and so on,the logarithmic function for students learning and relearning concept and related knowledge has great role in promoting,be able to play the role of promoting students’ mathematics study,help students to determine their level of mathematics learning and mathematics study rhythm,suitable for their own learning plan,find their mathematics learning method.From the perspective of internal motivation,students’ attitude and emotion towards mathematics affect their knowledge learning to a certain extent.Students like mathematics itself can promote the persistence of students to mathematics learning,from their own needs,learning and in-depth analysis of mathematical knowledge,understanding the essence of mathematical knowledge;Students regard learning mathematics as a task,which is mathematics learning driven by task.The difficulty of the task and the completion of the task will affect students’ enthusiasm and motivation for mathematics learning,and the degree of knowledge learning is easy to be understood.In addition,students’ adaptability and fondness for teachers and their teaching methods can also easily affect students’seriousness in learning mathematical knowledge.Therefore,students’ understanding level of the concept of logarithm function and students’ learning condition complement and influence each other.(3)through the questionnaire survey on students’ understanding of the concept of logarithm function,the author finds that students have the following difficulties in learning the concept of number function,which is mainly analyzed from three aspects:the concept of logarithm function itself,the perspective of students and the perspective of teachers.In view of the above conclusions,the author puts forward some Suggestions based on relevant literature,practice and his own experience,to promote students and teachers to attach importance to the concept of logarithm function and improve their understanding ability. |
