Research On The Ideological And Political Education Function Of College Students' Volunteer Service

In the 2020 novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control struggle,college volunteers were fighting with the front-line anti epidemic personnel,fearless and dangerous.General secretary Xi Jinping praised highly the young volunteers in the epidemic prevention and control: "China Youth in the new era is good and can be a big leader." Many college students set up a sense of responsibility and mission in the process of voluntary service,and cultivate their sense of unity,mutual assistance and dedication.This is highly consistent with the educational mission of moral education in Colleges and universities.Around this problem,this paper uses literature analysis,comparative analysis,theoretical and practical research methods,analyzes the internal relationship between the two,analyzes the ideological and political education function of College Students’ voluntary service,and puts forward targeted measures to achieve its function.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the paper has three parts:The first part,concept analysis.The key is to solve the problem of "what is the essence of College Students’ voluntary service".It includes connotation,ideological basis,and the relationship between College Students’ voluntary service and ideological and political education.Starting from the meaning of College Students’ voluntary service,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of College Students’ voluntary service.This paper focuses on the charity thought contained in Chinese traditional culture and the guiding significance of Marxism on the theory of voluntary service for college students.This paper discusses the relationship between College Students’ voluntary service and ideological and political education,and expounds the positive effect of the spirit of voluntary service on College Students’ Ideological and political education.The second part is the function exploration.Combined with the cases of voluntary service in Colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the educational guiding function,spiritual incentive function,all-round development function and moral cultivation function of College Students’ voluntary service.Among them,the function of education guidance is mainly embodied in the guidance of College Students’ values,emotional concepts and behavior habits;the function of spiritual motivation is mainly manifested in three aspects: through the cohesion of collective strength,the exercise of subject consciousness and the learning of model;the function of comprehensive development is mainly embodied in the promotion of Ideological and moral quality,psychological quality and practical innovation quality;the function of moral cultivation is It refers to four levels: improving social morality,establishing professional morality,cultivating family virtue and shaping personal morality.The third part,mainly from the Countermeasures of giving full play to the ideological and political education function of College Students’ voluntary service,First,carry forward the spirit of volunteerism through ideological and political theory courses,teachers of Ideological and political theory courses,and campus culture in the new era;secondly,Fourth,optimize the network space,expand the new pattern of Ideological and political education through the online transmission of volunteerism,optimize the resource allocation of volunteer organizations,integrate social resources,and expand the new pattern of Ideological and political education;fifth,carry out characteristic activities with the theme of volunteerism,build a learning,innovative and dynamic volunteer team,and extend the focus of Ideological and political education.
