The "Compulsory Education Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)"proposes the comprehensive development of students' scientific literacy,and the"General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" proposes five core literacy.It is believed that the development of core literacy is the specific and detailed of the party's educational policy.The core literacy of the discipline "Macro Identification and Micro Analysis" occupies the first of the five core literacy.Middle school chemistry knowledge includes complex chemical models,microscopic particles,chemical reaction principles,chemical concepts,chemical reaction types,etc.At present,the middle school chemistry disciplines involve complex chemical concepts,principles of chemical reactions,chemical processes accompanied by particles,chemical substances,and symbolic representations of chemical changes.They are characterized by abstraction,complexity,computing power,and comprehension.In the traditional teaching process,there are some hard-to-understand principles,laws,and changes in microscopic particles that make learning difficult for students.To develop students' macro and micro qualities,relying on lecture-style teaching is not enough.Teachers are required to help students construct and understand knowledge with a variety of teaching methods.Assisted teaching using virtual simulation platforms has become one of the important teaching methods.The virtual simulation platform uses virtual technology,simulation technology,computer graphics and animation technology to help students build a virtual operating platform in a real environment.The virtual simulation platform of the chemistry subject can present microscopic particles,display three-dimensional models,simulate chemical reaction processes,conduct complex chemical experiment operations,simulate large-scale experimental instruments,etc.,and help students to repeat exercises.PhET(Physical-P;Education-E;Technology-T)virtual simulation platform is a curriculum resource founded by Carl Wiman and operated by the University of Colorado.The PhET virtual simulation platform has rich,systematic,and free chemical resources with clear characteristics of different subjects.It uses animations,simulation tools,and pictures to present students with a true microscopic world,so that students can better understand the nature of chemistry and chemical models.PhET virtual simulation platform has many characteristics such as high simulation,high interest,good open source,good interaction,repeatability,strong intuitiveness and so on.The platform contains rich chemistry simulations and shared chemistry teaching resources developed by excellent teachers and expert teams from various countries.It can be applied to the teaching of middle school chemistry courses,which is conducive to the implementation of middle school chemistry curriculum standards and puts forward core micro-discipline literacy.PhET platform-assisted middle school chemistry teaching has unique advantages and can solve practical problems at this stage.Therefore,based on the teaching resources of the PhET platform,this article classifies,organizes and summarizes its simulated resources and shared resources,and uses related resources to develop different types of curriculum teaching cases to develop students' core literacy.This thesis mainly uses the literature method and case analysis method to classify and analyze different types of resources through research,sorting,induction,and analysis of shared teaching resources.The resources are divided into seven types,namely:(1)Realize the connection between PhET and NGSS and other course standard documents;(2)Student guide for PhET simulation;(3)The clicker problem of using PhET;(4)Interactive classroom presentation guide;(5)Activity design;(6)Use in homework;(7)Interdisciplinary teaching.Present unidentified chemistry curriculum resources,with a view to providing a meaningful reference for teachers'direct use of resources.The PhET platform contains excellent shared resources.These resources are excellent curriculum resources developed by teachers from various countries according to the curriculum standards and textbook content of their local areas.They are not closely and systematically linked to the content of our country's textbooks,and there are a large number of these resources.The classification is unclear,and the language is diverse,which makes teachers in our country have greater obstacles to the use of some resources.Based on the characteristics of the teaching resources of the PhET platform,the content of China's teaching materials,and curriculum standards,this paper proposes corresponding teaching principles and application strategies.PhET platform simulation resource teaching provides reference.In response to the rich curriculum resources of the PhET platform and the purpose of developing the core literacy of students' macro and micro subjects,this study designed and developed three teaching cases that are intuitive,interactive,interesting,and efficient,namely:(1)"Influencing factors of chemical reaction rate" teaching case design;(2)New course type micro-curriculum resource teaching case design-taking the balance of chemical equation as an example;(3)review type micro-curriculum resource teaching case design-taking atom take the model as an example.The three types of designed teaching cases are conducive to enhancing students' interest in learning,helping students understand abstract chemical concepts,chemical symbols,chemometrics,etc.,and are of great significance in cultivating students' core literacy in "macro identification and micro analysis".It is expected to provide an important reference for front-line teachers to use,rationally design and optimize relevant curriculum resources.
