Since the introduction of the new college entrance examination scheme in 2014,it has clearly proposed to give students the right to choose in order to promote the comprehensive and personalized development of students.In recent years,many high schools have begun to explore the theory and practice of walking class teaching in high schools.In April 2019,guangdong province released a new college entrance examination plan,stating that the new college entrance examination plan will be implemented for first-year high school students starting from autumn 2018.According to the requirements of the new college entrance examination reform plan,kaiping H high school organized students to select courses,and started the practice of walking classes in September2019.Taking kaiping H high school as the research object,this study investigated the actual feelings of the students the second(6),second(7)and second(10)classes of the senior high school on the class walking by means of questionnaire.A total of 129 questionnaires were issued and 129 effective questionnaires were actually recovered.Based on the questionnaire,the author interviewed 21 people in this school.Based on the analysis of questionnaires and interviews,this study found that the main problems of student management in H high school under the moving class system were as follows: in terms of academic management,such as classroom learning satisfaction is not high,academic counseling is not easy to carry out,students' academic performance rate is low;in terms of discipline management,such as some chaos of pre-class discipline,some loose classroom discipline,the absence of class duty work,the lack of school management of student discipline methods;in terms of psychological health management,such as the increase of students' academic pressure,the small positive impact of class learning on students' interpersonal communication,the low sense of belonging in classes and classes,and the lack of ways to manage students' psychology in schools;in other aspects,such as students are not positive enough to study in class,students are not independent in choosingcourses.The causes of the above problems are studied and analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.In the aspect of academic management:increase the investment of teaching resources,implement small class stratified teaching;improve teaching methods to meet students' learning needs;improve the management mechanism of students' study.In terms of discipline management:the school principal,school group leader and administrative class director should be set up to form a class walking supervision group;to establish a teaching class committee;implement the pre-class study material inspection system.In the aspect of psychological health management: guide the students to view the academic pressure correctly and relieve the students' academic pressure;to strengthen student exchanges;strengthen the construction of class culture.In other aspects: to guide the students to the correct view of walking class learning;strengthen the guidance of course selection.This study hopes that these Suggestions can provide reference for the management of students under the class system in kaiping H high school.
