| As an important category in China’s disciplinary knowledge system,humanities occupies an important position in the discipline construction and the balanced development of higher education.Especially under the background of "double first-class" construction,the urgency and importance of the development of humanities are increasingly prominent.With the development,the evaluation of humanities also puts forward higher requirements.However,at present,China has not yet formed a mature and systematic evaluation system for humanities,so as to clarify the necessity of humanities evaluation and further attempt to establish a unique evaluation system for humanities has become a key issue concerning the development of disciplines and a hot topic of academic exploration.Research in the humanities,on the basis of related concepts,in the United States,Australia and Norway as object,three countries analysis comparison of The Three Kingdoms in the humanities background and purpose,principles and evaluation index,the subject and object,method and results on the distinct characteristics,and further to the three countries the common advantages of the evaluation system of humanities has carried on the detailed summary.The main findings include the following aspects: first,the concept and purpose of humanities evaluation in the three countries are very clear,clear and diversified.The evaluation criteria are based on the international level and focus on the international recognition and influence of humanities.Second,the evaluation procedures are standardized,and the system highlights fairness and objectivity,so that the important role of third-party evaluation agencies can be fully played in the evaluation process.Thirdly,it pays great attention to quality,and the evaluation methods and indicators are systematic and scientific.Fourth,pay attention to the actual effect of evaluation,the evaluation process and evaluation results are more reasonable and efficient,can make full use of the data information platform,improve the quality and efficiency of evaluation,and the evaluation results into practical benefits,so as to promote the input and output of humanities to maintain a sound development.Finally,based on the experience of foreign humanities evaluation system and the current situation of China’s humanities evaluation system,five Suggestions are put forward.Second,define the method and establish the long-term evaluation mechanism;Third,standardize the procedure to ensure the objectivity and fairness of the evaluation;Fourth,pay attention to the process,improve the evaluation index system;Fifth,build a platform to improve the evaluation work efficiency. |
