| At present,all parts of the country are in the upsurge of sports town construction.Due to the "rush for success" of town construction,problems such as backward development planning,contradiction between supply and demand,and low level of industrial agglomeration appear in the process of construction.As an important theory of sports industry development,industrial integration can effectively reduce costs,guide demand and stimulate innovation.In this paper,based on the theory of industrial integration,using the methods of literature,field observation,comparative research and interview,the author explores the positive significance of the formation of small towns and industrial integration to the development of small towns.From the vertical angle of industrial integration theory,the paper puts forward the diagnosis and analysis framework of small towns’ business forms,and the operation of small towns with sports characteristics in Sichuan Province,and puts forward the training road of small towns with sports characteristics in Sichuan Province Path provides theoretical basis for the development of sports characteristic towns in Sichuan Province and promotes the development of town construction.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)There are problems in the construction of the current sports formats in small towns with special sports features in Sichuan Province.The development level of the core formats of the small towns is not high,and the leading industries of the small towns are different,but the development level and scale of the projects are generally at the primary level.There are still some problems in the infrastructure construction of sports characteristic towns,especially in the aspects of accommodation,catering,etc.The industrial chain of other formats in the small town lacks development,and the combination of sports industry and other industries in the small town is weak.The town lacks experience and talents.(2)Based on the formation process of industrial theory,the paper analyzes the motive force for the formation of small towns,and concludes that industrial relevance is the fundamental motive force for the development of small towns,market demand provides great impetus for small towns,technological innovation is the source of development of small towns,and government regulation is the external condition for the construction of small towns.(3)Based on the four stages of industrial integration development based on the theory of industrial integration,this paper explores the formation process of sports characteristic towns in Sichuan Province from the four aspects of "technology integration stage-product organization integration-organization integration-market integration",and explores the integration focus of towns in each stage,so as to provide direction for the diagnosis of sports characteristic towns in Sichuan Province.(4)Based on the theory of industrial integration,this paper provides an analysis framework for diagnosing the construction of sports characteristic towns in Sichuan Province.Using the theory of industrial integration,this paper explores the construction requirements of sports characteristic towns from four aspects of "technology integration stage product service integration stage organization integration market integration stage",and puts forward five coupling mechanisms that need to be handled in the construction of towns.(5)Based on the five coupling mechanisms of sports characteristic town format diagnosis,the town format construction is diagnosed.Based on the "sports + region" coupling mechanism,the current format construction of Sichuan sports characteristic town conforms to the characteristics of regional terrain,but the development lacks the combination with local culture and traditional sports projects.Based on the "sports + infrastructure" coupling mechanism,the town infrastructure construction is diagnosed It is relatively perfect,but there are still problems in accommodation and catering;it is based on the "sports + multi industry" coupling mechanism to diagnose the lack of multi industry integration and the lack of industry based town development;it is based on the "sports + organization mechanism" coupling mechanism to diagnose the lack of special organization mechanism,supervision mechanism,policy guarantee and financing mechanism;it is based on the "sports + market" coupling mechanism The development level of the core business types of the diagnosis town is not high,and there is a phenomenon of homogeneity between the business types of the town.After the diagnosis of Sichuan sports characteristic small town format,based on the theory of industrial integration,the following suggestions are put forward: small town development needs to integrate local culture and develop traditional sports;Perfecting policies and regulations and establishing specialized organizations;Planning industry clusters and enhancing industry quality construction;Innovative integration mode,vigorously develop "sports+products";Cooperate with multiple parties to build a complete industrial chain;Perfect supporting facilities and develop characteristic formats;Innovating the financing mode and ensuring the capital chain of small towns;Innovating models and cultivating professional talents. |
