The development of education is an important indicator of social development,and education is related to the cultivation of social talents.In the new media era,more educational information is presented on the Internet,and it is quickly understood by people through traditional media and the Internet.The increase in educational information on the Internet,the higher the public’s attention to education,the social media hands the microphone to the public,and everyone has the right to speak.China is in the primary stage of socialism.Under the current situation of prominent social contradictions,education public opinion,as an important subsystem of social public opinion,has gradually expanded its influence.How to grasp the characteristics of the type of education public opinion,the shape of public opinion evolution,the evolution of public opinion issues,and the stage of public opinion evolution,so as to better respond to education public opinion,is an important factor related to the development of education in China.The research on the popular public opinion events in Sichuan education needs to be based on a large number of case studies.This article collected the educational public opinion in Sichuan in the past four years(2016-2019)and used statistical analysis to analyze the high-risk periods of public opinion in the four years of education.Analyze the proportion of high-frequency words and carriers;focus on the top ten education hot spot public opinion events in 2016-2019,with a total of 40 cases of education public opinion,using case analysis methods and literature research methods from Sichuan education hot spots Starting from the category characteristics,evolution form,evolution stage and other aspects of public opinion events,the study found that the educational public opinion of the "mainstream media" for setting the agenda is periodic and controllable,and the educational public opinion event of the "self-media" for setting the agenda is easy to lose control.The normalization of social sensitivity of public opinion and other characteristics;the evolution of educational public opinion mainly appears unimodal,bimodal,and wavy;the issue of educational public opinion first becomes emotional and eventually rational.The incentives for the development of educational public opinion include the development of media technology and the intensification of contradictions in the field of education;the driving forces for the spread of educational public opinion include the promotion of popular emotional resonance and the guidance-driven promotion of opinion leader issues;Fluctuations and the decline of public opinion in education mainly appear as a spontaneous regression of weakened endogenous power of public opinion and a controlled regression of blocked public opinion communication channels.Finally,according to the research results,it is proposed that the government’s attitude towards public opinion should be changed,the source of public opinion governance should be improved,and the mechanism for handling public opinion should be improved media literacy.
