Based on the implementation of the Chinese Health Sports Curriculum Model in Henan Province,the interview method,field investigation method,case analysis method and other methods were used to discuss the path of the three experimental schools in Henan Province to implement the Chinese Health Sports Curriculum Model,combined with the implementation of Henan Experimental School The situation of China’s health sports curriculum model takes the course implementation orientation as the starting point,and the three key points of China’s health sports curriculum model as the foothold.In-depth discussion on the implementation path of China’s health sports curriculum model is the implementation of China’s health sports curriculum model.Establish a long-term mechanism and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for basic teaching reform.Research indicates:(1)The implementation orientation of the experimental school is mainly manifested in three aspects.One is the faithful orientation,faithful to the textbook and faithful to the experts,the faithful to the textbook and the faithful to the experts are the active exploration process of the experimental school,both of which are active exploration of the Chinese health sports curriculum model;the second is the creation orientation,the experiment The implementation of the school is mainly reflected in content creation,formal creation and organizational creation;the mutual adjustment orientation is the transition stage of the experimental school from the loyal orientation to the creation orientation.Physical educationteachers can be loyal to the curriculum concept and the actual situation Combine it to transform it into teaching behavior.The implementation strategy adopted by the experimental school is mainly manifested in three aspects.The top-down implementation path can be summarized as: unified scheduling,solving problems,mobilizing teachers’ enthusiasm,improving teachers’ teaching ability,strengthening idea learning,repeating grinding repeatedly until reaching the standard,forming a teaching paradigm;the bottom-up implementation path can be summarized as: Fight alone,achieve remarkable results,communicate with leaders,get support,promote in schools,radiate surrounding schools;the middle-up implementation path can greatly mobilize the initiative and initiative of physical education teachers,and can also reduce resistance in the implementation process.(2)The physical health of students in the experimental school of China Health Sports Curriculum Model has been improved,and the changes in students’ physical fitness have generally shown an upward trend;the results of the five tests have reached a good or tending to a good level.(3)The implementation process of the three key points for the experimental school to implement the Chinese health physical education curriculum model.Teachers ensure the physical fitness of the students by reasonably arranging the exercise load;using the teaching methods of games and competitions to promote the formation of students’ skills;the combination of specialization and compensatory physical exercises to promote students’ physical and mental health;reasonable use of waiting time to effectively increase the density of exercises.Cultivate students’ integrity,self-discipline and tenacious fighting spirit by means of competition training and situational teaching.(4)Problems in the implementation of the experimental school.Insufficient connection between levels of teaching,single technology teaching still exists;teachers have many explanations and demonstrations,and students have short practice time.Personnel mobilization,leadership attitude and ability;physical education teachers lack awareness of lifelong learning,and training is formal.Physical education is in the form of physical education teachers,the lag between understanding and execution.In view of the above problems,from the perspective of overall control,we proposed four dimensions for the better implementation of the Chinese health physical education curriculum model in experimental schools: optimizing the teaching process and improving the physical education teaching environment;improving the teaching evaluation mechanism to stimulate teaching and learning Motivation;strengthen teachers’ awareness of lifelong learning and promote the development of students’ core literacy;actively build communication platforms and develop experts to take the lead.
