Application Of Casework In Sad Counselling For Bereaved Children

Bereavement is a stressful event.After losing important loved ones,sad reactions often occur.Some people can adjust and terminate sadness within a certain period of time.Some people did not express their sadness in time and mourned for their loss.They have long been indulged in the grief of bereavement,and cannot return to the normal life track.At present,most people in China lack death education and sorrow counseling.It is necessary to provide some sorrow counseling and intervention services in the event of bereavement.A child is a fragile individual who is in a state of rapid physical and mental development.The occurrence of bereavement will affect children who are growing up to varying degrees,which will cause various problems and may cause negative social impacts over time.Impact,by paying attention to bereavement children,social workers help them to understand the nature of death,correctly express their attitude towards death,and gradually complete the task of getting out of sadness.This study takes two internship cases in Ning and Nursing Home,Guizhou Cancer Hospital as an example.Based on rational emotion theory,crisis intervention theory,and social support theory,this study uses interview methods and observation methods to intervene bereavedchildren.service.Throughout the intervention service,researchers followed the ethical code of social work and used professional methods of social work to solve the problem of bereaved children.Establish a professional trust relationship with the client to further understand the client's problems,help them change their wrong cognition,reasonably vent their sadness,and face the new life with a positive and optimistic attitude.Finally,this study summarizes and reflects on the involvement of casework.I hope that through the study of sad counselling for bereaved children,I hope that more researchers and social workers will be involved in the research of sad counselling for bereaved children to explore more practices.Experience,to promote the accumulation of practical experience,to help bereaved children to relieve sadness,fear and other emotions,and help them better adapt to later life.At the same time,I hope to launch a death education and sorrow counseling policy to help people understand death and face death.
