Teacher development is a major issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.Since the college entrance examination system was restored in the 1970 s,China has clarified the teacher qualification assessment system and has been advancing on the road to improving teacher education policies.How to improve the professional quality of teachers and build a high-quality professional "four good teachers" team is a new requirement for teacher development in China.Novice teachers,as a continuous stream of new teachers,are facing many challenges.Training is recognized as an important channel to improve the professional quality of teachers,help them quickly integrate into the role of teachers and be competent.But in which forms and in what ways should teachers’ professional qualities be effectively improved to meet the standards required by the state?This research takes excellent middle school mathematics teachers as the research object,obtains excellent teacher behavior and TPACK time unit data by using classroom observation method,analyzes and summarizes the teaching behavior mode and TPACK structure characteristics of excellent middle school mathematics teachers by using lag sequence and relative centrality method,and puts forward strategies for the development of novice middle school mathematics teachers.The results show as follows:This paper analyzes the teaching behavior pattern of excellent junior middle school mathematics teachers by using the lag sequence analysis method,and finds that it has the following three pattern characteristics:(1)student behavior instruction pattern;(2)question explanation interaction pattern;(3)question response encourage feedback pattern;and uses the relative centrality method to analyze the TPACK knowledge structure of excellent junior middle school mathematics teachers,which has two characteristics:(1)TPACK knowledge synthesis Co presentation(2)key presentation of pedagogical knowledge.
