With the development of the Internet,the traditional pattern of education is facing unprecedented changes.The vigorous development of the Internet provides more possibilities for users to compete for resources,especially in the user demand-oriented education industry.More and more educational institutions realize the urgency of following the trend and begin to use the Internet as a powerful tool to integrate resources and optimize the learning experience of users.This thesis takes XH online education as an example to study the influencing factors of user satisfaction of online education institutions,interpret the deep-seated reasons behind the satisfaction from the perspective of users,and provide reference suggestions for online education institutions to carry out online education by using the Internet.With the development of network technology,people's learning habits and life styles are also changing rapidly.In the field of basic education in China,the combination of traditional education and information technology not only changes people's way of thinking and learning,but also makes the education model develop toward the direction of network and diversification.Network education is a kind of educational way that makes use of the current network technology and online teaching to supplement the traditional educational way.It has played a certain role in strengthening the sharing of quality educational resources and providing equal access to education.But there are many problems in the development of network education.In order to further analyze the difficulties encountered in the development and construction of online education,this thesis preliminarily constructs the evaluation framework of user satisfaction of online education which based on the existing theory of users satisfaction from the perspective of users so as to evaluate the current development of network education.Through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this thesis expounds the development of network education.Due to the need for detailed evaluation from the user's perspective,this thesis summarizes the concept and theory of user satisfaction,and takes XH online education as an example to compile a questionnaire for empirical research.After the questionnaire is prepared,the pre distribution is made first,and the evaluation indexes are modified according to various opinions.The course status,curriculum consultant status,course page,convenience of listening,promotion activities and after class service analysis of network education resources are preliminarily established.Finally,the evaluation index of online education user satisfaction is determined.Then,after receiving the questionnaire data,XH online education conducted user characteristic analysis and descriptive statistical analysis on the data,and calculated the user satisfaction value of each evaluation index.Finally,the overall user satisfaction of network education institutions is analyzed.As for the existing problems in online education,the author proposes strategies to improve user satisfaction in online education,in order to provide some reference for the development and construction of online education.The author sorts out and summarize the research results of the thesis,and analyze some problems existing in this study,and expressed the prospect of future research.
