The construction of high-quality professional teachers is the basis of the modernization of education.Practice teachers are the reserve force of teachers and play an important role in promoting the modernization of education.For practice teachers,culture,as an invisible way,always affects their study and life in all aspects.Educational practice is a process in which ideal and reality,theory and practice collide,adjust and adapt.The study on the acculturation of the practice teachers in primary and secondary schools not only accords with the needs of the construction of professional teachers,but also helps the practice teachers to make a clear choice and plan for their future career.By means of literature analysis,interview and text analysis,20 practice teachers were surveyed for one semester,and their internship notes,interview materials and lecture records were collected.Combination with existing research and investigation data,the use of qualitative analysis software Nvivo12 plus text data,collected from life adaptation and interpersonal adaptation,psychological adaptation and teaching to adapt to the four aspects,this paper expounds the practice teachers of primary and secondary schools the status quo of cultural adaptation: in terms of life adaptation,many student teacher to practice school living environment,diet,and language are not used to,but complaints are struggling to adapt to practice after school life.In terms of psychological adaptation,the practice teachers have insufficient professional emotions,unclear professional values and low professional identity.In the aspect of teaching adaptation,the practice teachers come into the classroom with the belief of students' all-round development,but the confusion in the application of teaching methods and the grasp of the key and difficult points of teaching should also be learned from the experienced old teachers.In terms of interpersonal communication,the practice teachers get along well with their peers and colleagues of the same age and have many common languages,but they have not fully established a benign cooperative relationship with the leaders,instructors and parents of the internship schools.The reasons for the acculturation of practice teachers in primary and secondary schools are as follows: cultural distance,sudden changes of living and working environments,low professional identity,insufficient professional knowledge,and the degree of integration between universities,government and internship schools is not enough.Therefore,we should improve the knowledge and ability of the practice teachers' acculturation,and promote the positive acculturation;Enhance professional identity and enhance adaptive internal force;Practice teachers should improve their teaching knowledge and skills and promote their own growth;Strengthen the integration of university,government and internship schools and build a cooperative community to promote the positive cultural adaptation of practice teachers.Practice teachers are the main body of cultural adaptation,and self-effort is the most important.
