| This research mainly to the frustration of the Affiliated High School of Tsinghua university in 2015-2019(hereinafter referred to as "Shang Di elementary school")fifth grade primary school students physical health test data of dynamic characteristics as the research object,for a comprehensive understanding of 2015-2019 Shang Di fifth grade students physical health test results of the specific circumstances,mainly uses the literature material method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and comparative analysis research methods,such as physical health of students in Shang Di fifth grade 5 years test data are analyzed,from the body shape,body function and physical quality and overall performance data of dynamic characteristics,This paper finds out the specific reasons,disadvantages and advantages of the characteristics of the changes,analyzes the physical health changes of the fifth grade in Shang Di primary school in five years,and puts forward countermeasures for the students' physical health to get more full and comprehensive development,and provides reference for the scientific decision-making of the educational administrative department and the curriculum arrangement of the front-line physical education teachers.Research conclusions:1.In terms of body shape,the height and weight of the fifth grade boys and girls in Shang Di Primary School did not change significantly,and their scores basically fluctuated in the level of excellent.Most of them tended to be normal in body shape as a whole.There was no significant decrease in the rate of overweight and obesity among the students with BMI within five years,which was mainly due to the combination of insufficient amount of physical education and excessive nutrition as well as heavy learning tasks.2.body function,Shang Di primary school grade five boys and girls overall performance for the volatility rising trend,the dynamic characteristic of "V" type wave rise,every boys scores at slightly higher than the girls,but girls rating,more outstanding,good,and the boy are mainly distributed in the pass,between the good,the main reason is almost three years since the degree of attention to the sports school to improve,continuously carry out a variety of sports activities,in a variety of methods encourage students to take an active part in physical exercise.3.In terms of physical quality,the performance of male and female students in Grade 5 of Shang Di Primary School on 50 m and 50MX8 shows that the pass rate is more than the excellent rate.The main reason is that the space is limited and it is not convenient to carry out,and there are few targeted exercises involved in PE class.Forward flexion is the dynamic feature of "?" curve,which is mainly concentrated in the good area.In recent two years,it shows an obvious downward trend.The main reason is that the physical education teacher does not pay enough attention to it,the preparation activities before class are not sufficient,the curriculum content does not arrange targeted exercises,and the link of relaxation and muscle stretching is omitted after class.The dynamic characteristics of the scores of rope skipping and sit-up are straight up.The main reason is that rope skipping is a bonus item and has a high weight ratio,so schools and physical education teachers pay more attention to it.Secondly,due to the lack of space,it is convenient to carry out in-situ project practice in the course content arrangement.It also benefited from activities such as "Rope Skipping for A" organized by the school in 2018 and "Rope Skipping Every Day" APP to punch in.4.students' comprehensive performance overall performance for the rising trend,early rising is less,the last year to improve the obvious,comprehensive rating by pass to good migration,its main reason is that the school attaches great importance to for the work of sports,and organized a big sports activities,make the student's sports consciousness enhancement,the enthusiasm of exercise. |
