Research On The Identification Of Work-related Injuries In The Implementation Of The "Regulations On Work-related Injury Insurance" In Tangyuan County

Work-related injury insurance is an indispensable part of the social security system.Concentrating on the payment of the insurance is also an important means to improve the treatment of employees.The development of industry and technology and the increase of the number of front-line employees have attracted more and more attention of enterprises to work-related injury insurance.Nowadays because the amount of work-related accidents has increased rapidly,more and more disputes in the identification of work-related injuries have been revealed,and the existing Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance cannot fully explain the emergence of various new situations.The identification of work-related injuries is the key to the work-related injury insurance system,so we should pay attention to the improvement of all aspects of the work-related injury identification system.And only when problems are found can we put forward suggestions for perfecting the system.Our country's current Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance has been implemented since January 1,2011.It stipulates the base of work injury insurance,work injury identification,the appraisal of work capacity,work injury treatment and so on.The work-related injury identification system mainly involves the subject,object and procedure of work-related injury identification,The identification of industrial injury will cause some problems due to its applicability under the current rules and regulations.In this paper,I will take the issues of Tangyuan County in the implementation of Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance for example,and start from the basic situation of work-related injury identification in Tangyuan County to sort out the basic condition and application process of current work-related injury identification.And I will analyze the cases of work-related injury identification which arose in Tangyuan County in recent five years to find out the problems which exist in the subject of identification,the implementation of identification standards,identification procedures and the supervision.Then through the understanding of the current difficulties and obstacles in the identification of work-related injury,and put forward suggestions to improve the relevant system of work-related injury identification: in the subject of work-related injury identification,we should optimize the staffing of institutions and professional team construction;in terms of identification standards,it is recommended that higher authorities improve relevant standards to make them easier to implement;in the identification procedures,it is necessary to refine all aspects of the procedures,simplify the procedures and improve the efficiency;in the aspect of supervision and management,it is suggested to establish a management mechanism of work-related injury identification so as to reduce the occurrence of work-related injury accidents and reduce the contradiction of work-related injury identification.From the four aspects,this paper puts forward effective,feasible and targeted countermeasures to solve difficult problems.
