| Chemistry core literacy is a hot topic in the field of chemistry education and research.Many researchers have conducted research on the teaching design,training strategies,and teaching evaluation of chemistry core literacy.However,most of the research is aimed at classroom teaching.There are few researches on chemical core literacy from the perspective of students.Therefore,the research takes the concept of oxidation-reduction reaction as an example to conduct chemical core literacy testing and research,hoping to provide suggestions for students’ chemical core literacy testing and research.The research uses literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to conduct research.First,collect and analyze the relevant literature on core chemistry literacy,understand the research direction of scholars on core chemistry literacy,and provide ideas for the investigation and research of core chemistry literacy.Secondly,the author compiled a two-way detailed list,and based on the two-way detailed list,a preliminary oxidation-reduction reaction test questionnaire was prepared.After review by senior experts and chemistry teachers,the test questionnaire was revised,and then a senior high school student from a general high school in Shandong Province was selected.Fifteen people took the test,and the redox reaction questionnaire was revised again based on the test results,and finally a reasonable and effective redox reaction questionnaire was formed.Thirdly,a total of 345 senior high school students from three ordinary high schools in Shandong Province were selected as subjects for the formal actual test.According to the students’ answers and the level of core chemistry of the test questions,the redox reaction test questionnaire scoring standard was compiled,and this was used as Based on the review of the redox reaction test questionnaire.Finally,input the students’ answers into the SPSS21.0 software for data processing,analyze the reliability,validity,difficulty,and discrimination of the questionnaire,and explore the development level of the students’ core chemistry literacy.Research shows:(1)The redox reaction test questionnaire compiled has good reliability,validity,difficulty and discrimination,and is a good tool for testing the level of chemical core literacy.(2)In the study of the concept of oxidation-reduction reaction,the students’ "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" have the lowest level of development in the content of their chemistry core literacy dimensions.The innovations of the research:(1)Taking the concept of oxidation-reduction reaction as an example,a questionnaire for the development level of chemical core literacy was compiled to provide new tools for literacy testing and research.(2)The low level of development of students’ "scientific inquiry and innovation awareness" put forward by the research provides a new basis for the teaching of redox reaction concepts in the future. |
