Trigonometric function is the focus of mathematics subject.It not only plays an important role in middle school mathematics and higher mathematics,but also has a close relationship with real life.As the foundation of higher education,we should pay special attention to the teaching of trigonometric function in middle school.Moreover,applying transfer theory to trigonometric function can help students learn to learn and improve their ability.Therefore,the study of trigonometric function not only plays a positive role in students’ learning,but also has practical significance for production and life.The author learns that students have some confusion in learning during teaching.For example,they don’t have a thorough understanding of the concept of trigonometric function.Through questionnaire survey and observation,the author analyzes the current situation of trigonometric function teaching and learning,and studies trigonometric function teaching combined with transfer theory.The content is as follows.The issue is proposed in the first chapter.This chapter mainly expounds the background,content,significance and methods of research.The background is divided into three aspects: the need of curriculum reform,teachers’ professional development and trigonometric function teaching.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and research review.The author searches for materials,reads books,and consults literature in the library.Finally,the author lists the development process and classification of learning transfer theory,summaries the research status,and analyzes the influencing factors of mathematics learning transfer with examples.The third chapter is the questionnaire analysis of trigonometric function.Through the survey,the author investigates the teaching status and students’ learning status of trigonometric function,analyzes the obtained data,and carries out teaching based on the transfer theory accordingly.The fourth chapter is the application of transfer theory in trigonometric function teaching.Firstly,the author expounds the teaching principles and the teaching process.Then,the author selects two classes from 16 parallel classes as the experimental class and the control class,gives two teaching cases.They are the concept of trigonometric function and Images and properties of sine function and cosine function.Finally,the author carries out the post-test,analyzes the transfer effect according to the results and interviews results with students and teachers.The fifth chapter includes teaching suggestions.The author gives specific teaching suggestions from three aspects,which are the teaching of knowledge content,the teaching of thinking method and the teaching process.The sixth chapter includes the conclusion and reflection.The author summarizes the research content of this thesis and reflects on the shortcomings.
