A Study On Satisfaction Of Online Education In Primary And Secondary Schools Based On OEBEM Model

With the change of education concept of Chinese users,the development of social economy and science and technology,especially the impact of COVID-19 in 2020,the number of online education users in China has soared and the market has expanded.Therefore,online education has become a key target for investors to invest in.All these phenomena and behaviors have promoted the great strides forward of online education.However,due to the rapid growth of online education in China,many regulatory systems have not kept up with the pace of online education development,resulting in low user experience and satisfaction of online education.In order to solve this problem,the OEBEM(Online Education Behavior Explanation Model)Model is created in this paper to provide a service quality evaluation system and research analysis method for Online Education of primary and secondary schools in China.Finally,from the country,enterprises,teachers three main body to provide their own suggestions for China's online education.In this paper,through the online comments of dozens of online education institutions of primary and secondary schools,Jieba was used for word segmentation,cleaning and Python programming to obtain the high-frequency words of online comments of primary and secondary schools.Based on the SERVQUAL model,combined with the literature on the impact factors of online education on the CNKI and the revision opinions of experts and scholars,Finally,an online education service quality evaluation system for primary and secondary schools in China is constructed,which includes six primary and secondary school indicators,namely,intuitiveness,basic nature,responsiveness,assurance,individualization and economy.Then the comments are corresponding to the six indicators of the online education service quality evaluation system of primary and secondary schools,and the LSTM(Long and Short Term Memory Network)sentiment analysis model is used to conduct sentiment analysis and get the sentiment value.According to the proportion of the six indexes and the emotional value,the trend of online education users' attention is analyzed from the perspective of the same index and different years,and the user's focus on online education is obtained from the analysis of the overall different indexes.
