| The high school chemistry curriculum standard(revised edition in 2020)points out that in teaching,we should pay attention to the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education and thoroughly implement the spirit of the National Education Conference.It is necessary to take the development of quality education as the goal and the cultivation of core literacy as the way to implement a new round of basic education reform.The significance of chemistry core concept linking classroom teaching downward and students’ core literacy upward can’t be underestimated.Therefore,in order to better promote students to reach correct values,form necessary characters,master key abilities and promote the development of students’ core literacy,this study carried out teaching practice based on the independent construction of chemistry core concept.Under this background,this study takes the metal part of inorganic element compounds "iron and its compounds" as an example,and carries out the teaching practice research based on the core concept of chemistry.This paper discusses the important leading value of chemistry core concept in chemistry learning,the significance of promoting the change of students’ learning style,the promotion of chemistry core concept to the development of students’ scientific core literacy,and its contribution to the implementation of the new curriculum reform.This paper summarizes the related research on the core concept of chemistry at home and abroad,and summarizes the research results of many scholars on the connotation,system construction,teaching strategy and teaching design of the core concept of chemistry.On this basis,the concept definition,characteristic analysis and specific content analysis of each dimension of the core concept of chemistry are carried out,and the chemical element compound module of senior high school is also analyzed and defined.Under the guidance of constructivism theory and cognitive learning theory,practical teaching strategies and teaching design models are put forward.In order to further prove the significance of the core concept of chemistry in chemistry teaching,the author designed a unit teaching case based on the core concept of chemistry,taking "iron and its compounds as an example",and implemented the teaching practice based on the independent construction of chemistry concept through three new lectures and one comprehensive practice activity review class.Before the implementation of teaching,the monthly test scores and mid-term test scores of the two classes were analyzed,and the data analysis showed that there was no obvious difference between the two classes.Through educational experiments,the two experimental classes were given different forms of teaching activities with the same content.The experimental class was taught independently based on ideas,while the control class still adopted conventional teaching methods.After the course content ended,the experimental class and the control class were tested accordingly,and the core concepts of each dimension were statistically analyzed.The results of independent sample T-test show that there are significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in terms of element view,particle view and transformation view,which indicates that the teaching based on the core concept of chemistry has certain practical significance.Through research and development,chemistry classroom teaching guided by core concepts is conducive to promoting the independent construction of students’ core concepts of chemistry,stimulating students’ learning enthusiasm and motivation,promoting the further implementation of curriculum reform and promoting the development of students’ core literacy. |
