The informatization makes people’s learning path more convenient,and learning self-regulated learning has gradually become people’s learning goal.Senior High School is an important period to carry out the goal of "establish morality and cultivate people",while senior one is a critical period for students to transition from being supervised and restrained to being free and autonomous.Therefore,This paper takes the mathematics learning of senior one students as the carrier and aims at cultivating the self-regulation ability of senior one students in mathematics learning.The content mainly includes the following five aspects:First,starting from combing the theory of self-regulated learning,it explores the theoretical basis of self-regulation ability training in mathematics learning.Second,starting from the research on the structure of self-regulated learning,referring to the related design dimensions of questionnaire,combining the characteristics of senior one students development and the characteristics of mathematics learning,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the self-regulation ability of senior one students in mathematics learning.Third,the students of four classes in grade one of a high school are selected to carry out the investigation and interview,and the data are analyzed and summarized by SPSS software.Fourth,in view of the problems existing in the survey results,the author puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions from the aspects of mathematics teaching and mathematics learning to help students establish the awareness of self-regulated learning and stimulate their motivation for mathematics learning,the strategy adjustment of implementing mathematics learning process.Fifth,a case implementation and lesson study of the strategy suggestions show that:the cultivation of the ability of self-regulation in mathematics learning can help students solve the puzzle in mathematics,it is a effective tool for students to manage and evaluate their study,and it is of great significance to give full play of the initiative and reflection of the students in mathematics learning,and lay a good foundation for their lifelong learning.
