| In 2017,China issued the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Education System and Mechanism,calling for the reform of the teaching methods of regular high schools and putting forward new requirements for high school education in the new era.Later in the report to Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of the CPC Central Committee general secretary,further stressed that the quality of education has an important influence to the Chinese national rejuvenation cause,education development in our country must carry out the basic task of khalid ents,gradually implement quality-oriented education,cultivate art of morality,intelligence and physique full scale development of the socialist successors.Educational evaluation is an important means to improve the quality of education.However,there are some disadvantages and harms in the current teaching evaluation theories and methods of high school history education.In order to fully implement the requirements of the Party Central Committee on education development,promote comprehensive education reform,and realize the guiding role of education evaluation in education development,Baotou Municipal Government formally introduced the value-added evaluation service system in 2017,implementing value-added evaluation projects in 29 regular high schools in the region.This research starting from the purpose of improve the quality of teaching of history education,with the author’s baotou aluminium middle school as the research case,on the basis of literature research,first of all,from the Angle of theoretical analysis in the teaching of history education,value evaluation and the difference between the traditional education evaluation,and value-added assessment report of the starting point of the actual application value.Secondly,from the perspective of practice,this paper analyzes the data of the value-added evaluation report of Baolu Middle School in Baotou City,and puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the quality of history teaching according to the results of data analysis,so as to realize the integration of history education teaching evaluation and history education quality improvement.The research findings are as follows:firstly,compared with the current teaching quality evaluation methods of history education,value-added evaluation is more comprehensive,scientific and effective in terms of evaluation theoretical system,evaluators,organizational methods and evaluation results.Second,in the value-added evaluation system,the data from the starting point report has extremely high practical value for government decision-making,school construction,teachers’ teaching and other aspects.Third,according to the analysis of our value-added assessment report data:in baotou city high school history education teaching,the advantages of aluminium middle school is mainly in the leadership team,teachers’ professional ability and harmonious campus relationship,etc.,and the short board in the students’ cognitive ability,family education environment and psychological state of health.Based on the above research on the advantages and disadvantages of history teaching in Baolu Middle School,specific measures and suggestions to improve the quality of history teaching in Baolu Middle School are formulated:rationally arrange teaching work,enrich students’ learning resources,strengthen psychological guidance,and pay attention to the concept of "value-added" evaluation. |
