The training of primary school sports talents,as the basic project of developing sports reserve talents and building sports power,plays an important role in realizing the sustainable development of sports industry and enhancing the competitiveness of sports in our country.At this stage,the task of cultivating physical education talents in primary schools is mainly carried out by schools.At present,there are few literatures on the family,school,government and social cooperation in the primary school students' sports talent training system,and the research of the training mechanism of primary school students' sports talents is of great significance for improving the physical quality of primary school students and developing the reserve talents of sports in our country.Therefore,based on the theory of synergy,this study makes a comprehensive use of the methods of questionnaire survey,literature,interview,systematic analysis and logical induction,first of all,investigates the current situation of physical education talents in Shenyang primary school,and then through the questionnaire survey of some primary school students' parents in Shenyang city and the actual visits of some principals and physical education teachers.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training mechanism of primary school talents in Shenyang,and finally puts forward the goal and optimization path of the training of sports talents in primary schools in Shenyang.The main findings are as follows:The problem in general is that the participants attach little importance to the training of physical education talents in Shenyang primary school and have poor sense of communication and collaboration,parents lack physical interaction with their children,children's spare time lack sports,schools lack the initiative of coordinated management in the training of students' sports talents,and the construction of sports teachers needs to be strengthened.The government's macro-control and guidance role has not been given full play,the policy document can not form an effective restraint mechanism for schools,the lack of sports facilities specifically for primary school students in the society,the lack of attention to the training of primary school students sports personnel.Through the analysis of the main problems,the following development measures are put forward:the government gives full play to the role of macro-control and guidance,guides the training direction of physical education talents in schools;And guide parents to participate in children's sports training,parents should change the traditional concept,actively participate in children's sports interaction,for children to create a good sports atmosphere,understand their children's sports interests and talents.At the same time,strengthen communication and coordination with school physical education teachers,in order to better improve the training of children's physical education.
