Suhomlinsky,an educator in the former Soviet Union,once pointed out that the most complete social education is the combination of school education and family education.Under the background of urbanization,the population structure shows a trend of increasing diversity,which brings new opportunities and challenges to the home-school cooperation in primary and secondary schools.Based on the problem of home-school cooperation between primary and secondary schools in the context of urbanization,this study takes Xiangtan high-tech zone as the research object,and carries out a questionnaire survey and a field interview on the actual situation of home-school cooperation between the two primary and secondary schools in this area,to fully understand the basic situation of home-school cooperation,we find that the main problems of home-school cooperation are: unclear responsibility,lack of clarity;single mode,lack of diversity;one-sided content,lack of systematicness;too low frequency,lack of adequacy,etc.By learning from the domestic and foreign ideas and practice of cooperation between primary and secondary schools,this paper tries to analyze the causes of the above problems from six aspects,including government,society,schools,and students.At the government level because the laws and regulations concerning home-school cooperation are not perfect,Because of its unclear orientation,parent school has a series of problems such as "lack of principal position","lack of funds guarantee","lack of teachers" and "low participation of parents",The child discipline is not part of the modern education system,etc;The main reasons of the social level are the insufficient theoretical research and academic support on home-school cooperation,the great difference of parents’ practice and consciousness attitude in home-school cooperation,the imbalance of child discipline,the influence of the special social background and the difference of living habits,etc.The main reasons for school administrators are lack of systematic management and overall coordination ability,insufficient mobilization of the enthusiasm of parents and teachers,insufficient publicity and practical guidance The reasons of teachers are heavy work pressure,low professional level of home-school cooperation and limited communication,etc.The reasons at the student level are misunderstanding of home-school cooperation,lack of trust in parents and teachers home-school cooperation,and the phenomenon of "valuing moral education over intellectual education".In view of these problems and the analysis of the causes,this paper through the integration of resources,the comprehensive proposed under the urbanization background of primary and Secondary School home-school Cooperation Optimization Strategy:We should strictly follow the basic principle of home-school cooperation,construct a smooth external environment of home-school cooperation,improve the ability of school leading home-school cooperation and give full play to the principal role of parents.
