The 21 st century is an era of high-speed development of the Internet.Driven by the development of information technology and the concept of lifelong education,the pursuit of happy learning to improve the learning effect of learners has encouraged teachers to integrate the traditional teaching methods of teachers’ teaching and students’ listening into game-based teaching.As a new teaching method,game-based teaching has been paid more and more attention by teachers in the front line and actively carried out teaching practice.Based on this,this study is expected to adopt the design and application research of gamification teaching in the real physics classroom teaching of middle school,aiming at improving students’ interest and performance in physics learning,starting from the stimulation of learning interest.Based on the analysis of the research status of gamification teaching at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes two ways of gamification teaching,i.e.content gamification and structure gamification,by means of literature review,questionnaire survey and action research.Based on class teaching,then design the gaming process of high school physics classroom teaching,including preparation before class lesson,the application of game,after-school consolidation,and through the regular classroom teaching practice,conducted two rounds of action research,which mainly design the game teaching plan,clear the game three teaching links of teaching process;At last,the author summarizes some principles of implementing gamification teaching in middle school physics,which are the principles of educational game selection,the principles of designing gamification teaching and the principles of gamification teaching evaluation.The author thinks that the choice of educational games should be considered from the three dimensions of education,playfulness and technology.The design of game-based teaching should be improved from four aspects: game time,student activity,game form and teacher feedback.In order to adapt the process of gamification teaching to students’ learning needs,the evaluation of gamification teaching should be carried out from three perspectives: teacher,student and game environment.Through the exploration of the application of gamification teaching in physics classroom teaching in middle school,this paper finds that gamification teaching is helpful to improve students’ interest in learning physics,expand students’ physics thinking and improve students’ physics scores.It is hoped that this research can be used for reference for physics teachers in frontline middle schools to carry out classroom teaching by means of gamification.
