| Since the issuance of the national compulsory education curriculum standard in 2001,teaching and evaluation based on curriculum standards is not only the requirement of national curriculum policy,but also the demand of teachers’ teaching specialization.Teaching-learning-evaluation consistency teaching has been favored by many front-line teachers since its inception and applied in classroom teaching.However,the development of any kind of thing is not plain sailing,teaching-learning-evaluation consistency teaching is no exception.In the process of learning that Baotou F primary school is carrying out teaching-learning-evaluation consistency,there is a phenomenon of insufficient evaluation literacy of teachers,which makes teaching-learning-evaluation consistency not effective and unified.To this end,this study will focus on both theory and practice,while paying attention to the characteristics of students’ own learning,mainly for F primary school in the implementation of the application process of the problems,analysis,and then put forward suggestions for improvement.This study uses literature,interview and action research methods to study literacy and writing teaching in primary school language classrooms based on the consistency of teaching evaluation.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: The specific reason for the poor implementation of teaching-learning-evaluation consistency teaching is the lack of relevant evaluation literacy of teachers,the problem is mainly reflected in the teacher’s classroom teaching goal consciousness and evaluation consciousness is weak;Based on the experience of two rounds of action research,the author puts forward suggestions for improvement: Teachers need to set reasonable and clear literacy and writing teaching objectives,teachers should attach importance to the detection and motivation of evaluation,evaluation forms should be repeated and diversified in evaluation,teachers need to refine the evaluation index system according to reasonable basis,and evaluation should be timely and accurate.This study applies teaching-learning-evaluation consistency teaching in primary school language literacy and writing teaching,and provides reference experience for improving the current teaching-learning-assessment consistency of literacy and writing teaching in Baotou area and solving the problems arising in the implementation and application of F primary schools. |
