The Application Research Of Shuo Wen Jie Zi In Classical Chinese Teaching In Senior High Schools

Classical Chinese teaching in senior high schools has always been the focus and difficulty of Chinese teaching.The schools have been making reforms with little success.The teachers’ teaching of classical Chinese is superficial and mechanically compare the classical Chinese with vernacular Chinese.Students only have a scattering of the teaching content and lose their learning interest of classical Chinese gradually.The teaching of classical Chinese in senior high schools urgently needs innovation.Shuo Wen Jie Zi is the first calligraphy book of the Han nationality to analyze the form,explain the meaning of the word and identify the sound,which should be applied into the teaching of classical Chinese in high schools.Students should use structure and shape of Chinese characters to understand the meanings of classical articles.This teaching method will help teachers better guide students to learn classical Chinese,arouse students’ temporarily lost interest in classical Chinese,and stimulate teachers and students’ love for traditional culture.Studying the research results of relevant scholars,carefully combing the rheological track of Chinese characters,combining common characters,120 content words,18 function words,false characters and polysemy in classical Chinese in the compulsory Chinese language textbook compiled by senior high schools with the interesting “past and present lives” of Chinese characters,using illustrated forms,vivid examples,and plain and clear language to “Shuo Wen Jie Zi”,I will imperceptibly transmit to students the rich culture carried by Chinese characters and make high school classical Chinese teaching slightly easier and full of fun.Stimulating students’ interest in learning classical Chinese is only one means.Through this means to attract students to learn consciously and actively,gradually form a scientific and rational understanding of Chinese characters,and finally enhance national confidence,sense of identity and sense of belonging,is the purpose of applying Shuo Wen to classical Chinese teaching in senior high schools.
