At present,comprehensive practical activity courses have attracted widespread attention.However,how to implement the curriculum smoothly and improve the quality of the curriculum is an important issue facing the current.Evaluation plays a huge role in feedback,guidance and motivation in the curriculum,and is an important part of the curriculum.This research aims to optimize the evaluation of comprehensive practical activity courses,apply the the synergy theory to school evaluation,student assessment,and teacher appraisal,improve the quality of school running,promote students' better learning and teachers' better teaching,so as to realize the fundamental task of cultivating students' comprehensive quality and comprehensively implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue.J District of Shanghai,as a curriculum plate focusing on exploring regional characteristics and creating a region of "quality education",has a certain foundation in the exploration of the curriculum.Therefore,taking the characteristic comprehensive practice courses of some representative schools in District J as an example,this research explores the current situation of school evaluation,student assessment and teacher appraisal.This paper explores school evaluation from the perspectives of "content,subject,method and result".Through the investigation,it is found that the work of J District in school evaluation,student assessment and teacher appraisal of comprehensive activity curriculum has a certain basis.Although there is a gap in the implementation of the curriculum and the specific implementation of the evaluation activities,there are some practical achievements and experiences worth learning.Based on theoretical analysis and practical investigation,this study takes"internal consistency","mutual cooperation" and "synergistic effect" as the core elements,and tries to construct an analytical framework for the synergistic evaluation of comprehensive practical activity curriculum.The "internal consistency" of different evaluation items in the course of comprehensive practical activity is explained from the perspective of "evaluation concept,integration of evaluation items and consistency of evaluation objectives".Analyzing how to "cooperate with each other"in the process of evaluation from the aspects of "cultivation of evaluation ability,multiple participants,diversified methods,system design and resource guarantee".Through "the application of evaluation results and the coordination of evaluation benefits",the synergistic effect of comprehensive practical activity curriculum evaluation can be realized.Based on the theoretical explanation of Synergy,this study believes that the current comprehensive practice curriculum evaluation exists "lack of overall evaluation scheme,evaluation system is not perfect;The supporting evaluation system is not perfect,and the management guarantee needs to be improved;The lack of effective motivation for the implementation of the evaluation,the lack of incentive compatibility among the evaluation projects.In order to optimize the evaluation of comprehensive practical activity curriculum,mobilize the subjective initiative of each participant in the evaluation activity,and promote the coordination of the evaluation of comprehensive practical activity curriculum,this study puts forward the strategy of optimizing the evaluation of comprehensive practical activity curriculum.First of all,it is necessary to formulate the overall evaluation scheme and construct the evaluation system.The objective of the curriculum is defined,the performance index of key competence level is constructed,and the evaluation standard of scientificity and appropriateness is set,so as to provide a clear grasp and target orientation for the evaluation of comprehensive practical activity curriculum.Secondly,to realize the mutual cooperation among schools,teachers and students,it is necessary to promote the cultivation of each subject's evaluation ability.In the aspect of curriculum management,schools can set up curriculum leading group and improve the relevant evaluation system.In order to strengthen the protection of teachers,the implementation of stratified training,strengthen teacher training and teaching research guidance;Fully applying the information means,constructing the tracking system of value-added evaluation data and trying the multi-dimensional evaluation method.At the same time,it is also very important to build a social support system and encourage social personages and parents to participate in the evaluation activities.Finally,in order to realize the incentive compatibility of all subjects,it is proposed to strengthen regional management and support,establish a three-level linkage mechanism,and bring the evaluation results into the scope of assessment;Set up the evaluation concept of centering on students' effective learning,change the baton of "only score" evaluation,and gradually link with higher education;Recognize the importance of teachers' professional growth and career development,and encourage them to continue to explore.In order to better achieve the synergy of school evaluation,student assessment and teacher appraisal.
