Under the background of "Internet +",the ways of teacher professional development are diversified,which provides new ideas for teacher training forms oriented to HPM(History and Pedagogy of Mathematics).HPM online Training is born out of this trend,which provides the possibility to expand the coverage of HPM and promote the dissemination of HPM.MKT(Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching)theory shows the knowledge needed by teachers in mathematics teaching and becomes the basis of teachers' knowledge research.The field of HPM focuses on the development of teachers' knowledge,and as a new way of teacher training,the impact of HPM online Training on teacher MKT is worth exploring.In addition,the teaching of rational number multiplication is a difficult point in junior high school mathematics teaching,and it is of great significance for junior high school mathematics teacher education to take it as a research topic.Focusing on the teaching of rational number multiplication,this study explores the influence of HPM online training on MKT of junior middle school math teachers,and raises the following questions :(1)After the HPM online training,what changes have taken place in the MKT of junior middle school mathematics teachers on rational number multiplication teaching?(2)What are the similarities and differences between the influence of HPM online training on the rational number multiplication MKT of novice teachers and experienced teachers?Based on the results of questionnaire survey,interview and case study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)HPM online training can promote the development of rational number multiplication MKT of junior middle school mathematics teachers,among which SCK,KCS and KCT have been greatly improved.(2)For novice teachers and experienced teachers,there are certain differences in MKT of rational number multiplication in HPM online training,among which the differences of HCK,KCT and KCC are relatively large.Based on the above research conclusions,the researchers believe that for teacher educators,it is necessary to pay attention to the promotion of HPM online training mode and the selection and arrangement of online training content.For junior middle school mathematics teachers,they can carry out HPM teaching practice and attach importance to the teaching of "rational number multiplication" from the perspective of HPM by relying on online research and training.
