Emotion has different degrees of influence on everyone,especially in the primary school stage of students,emotion regulation is not mature enough,will not ease their anxiety,if in the primary school stage of mathematics learning anxiety,may have a negative impact on Pupils' future academic performance,students' learning motivation will also appear weak situation.For students,primary school is the stage to cultivate basic knowledge,and also the main stage for students to learn to adjust their emotions correctly.The author aims to put forward the corresponding measures to cultivate students' strong learning motivation,so that students have a stronger desire to learn mathematics and other subjects,and can be more interested in learning.When students have anxiety in mathematics learning,teachers need to analyze the specific dimensions of anxiety,analyze and guide the psychological panic,test anxiety,classroom anxiety or stress panic of primary school students in mathematics learning.In this regard,the author needs to study and analyze the current situation of primary school students' mathematics learning anxiety and learning motivation.According to the existing questionnaire,the author carries out a survey on the status quo of mathematics learning anxiety and learning motivation of the students in grade 4,grade 5 and grade 6 of a primary school in Karamay City,and analyzes the reasons for the results of the survey,so as to put forward specific improvement measures for alleviating pupils' mathematics anxiety and cultivating students' learning motivation.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data,this study puts forward the improvement strategies for the problems found.The questionnaire data also provides a realistic basis for the status quo of primary school students' mathematics learning anxiety and learning motivation.Secondly,in the interview with teachers,through understanding the main views of teachers on mathematics anxiety related problems,the author analyzes the main reasons for the current primary school students' mathematics anxiety.At the same time,in the actual classroom observation and case study,the author found that there are the following problems in primary school students' Mathematics Learning: teachers have less guidance to some students with mathematics learning anxiety,the consistency between the difficulty of test questions and that of daily exercises is weak,and teachers' behavior affects students' mathematics emotion;Family education is not enough to assist school education,parents have high expectations of students' academic performance and the influence of family environment on students;There are some negative emotions in students' mathematics learning,such as boring mathematics knowledge,not interested,low self-esteem and avoidance anxiety.In view of the above problems,the author lists the following improvement measures:give full play to the role of teachers in easing students' mathematics learning anxiety,design a variety of classroom teaching activities,be good at encouraging students with praise language,and select teaching content with moderate difficulty during investigation;It is necessary to create a good family atmosphere,evaluate students from various aspects,and communicate with parents and teachers in time;Let students form an objective self-evaluation and establish a correct view of learning.
