In the new era,major reforms have been made in the way of educating people in ordinary senior high schools,with further emphasis on the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in the guiding ideology,which requires the development of quality education.History as an important subject in general high school education,strengthening the cultivation of discipline core literacy is very necessary to improve the effect of education and highlight humanistic care.This paper intends to combine the relevant contents of students' empirical literacy of historical materials and local and school-based courses in the History Curriculum Standard of General Senior High School(revised in 2017),based on the reality of front-line teaching and history curriculum reform.combined with typical teaching cases and local resources,this paper probes into the methods and ways of combining local historical resources with the cultivation of empirical literacy of historical materials in teaching.So as to provide some reference for history teaching.The main body of the paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter starts with the demonstration of historical materials and local resources,mainly defines the relevant concepts of historical materials and local historical resources,and on this basis,introduces the teaching connotation of historical materials and the characteristics of local resources.to provide a theoretical basis for the combination of the two in teaching.The second chapter takes teachers and students as the main object to explore the significance of the development of local resources for the growth of teachers and students from the perspective of empirical training of historical materials.It includes two aspects:stimulating students' desire to explore and promoting teachers' professional growth.The third chapter investigates the current situation of local history teaching and empirical training of historical materials in Zhangzhou middle schools,collates and summarizes the questionnaire results and interview records from students' questionnaires and teacher interviews,and analyzes the current training of empirical literacy of historical materials and the degree and problems of the development and utilization of local resources.The fourth chapter focuses on summing up the training principles of the combination of local historical resources and historical materials.Aiming at the difficulties of teachers in teaching practice,this chapter analyzes the ways to solve the problems from typical cases,and discusses them from three dimensions: appropriateness,development and maneuverability.The fifth chapter expounds the examples of the combination of the two with specific teaching design,and organically combines the main points of the current education with history teaching in senior high school with typical cases.to further promote the core literacy of senior high school students and carry forward the local history and culture to make a contribution,to deepen education and teaching reform,to promote the common growth of teachers and students of history to provide a certain reference.
