In 2015,the State Council promulgated the "Guidance on Actively Promoting the" Internet+ " Action",which clearly states that the e-commerce industry should be vigorously developed,the application of e-commerce innovation should be promoted and the active integration of e-commerce with other sports industries should be deepened.Today's society is developing from traditional human labour to new types of intelligence,electronics and information technology,and electronic service systems,big data and cloud computing are now gradually coming into being in people's daily sporting lives.With the rapid development of the economy,the concept of sports and health is deeply rooted in people's hearts,and Chongqing,as one of the popular cities in the southwest region of inland China,has seen a rapid development of badminton venues in recent years,prompting a higher popularity of badminton and a better mass base,providing a place for citizens to exercise and exchange and get to know each other.In order to enhance the venue's promotional tools and marketing strategies,electronic services began to be applied to major badminton venues,but due to the late start of China's electronic services,less experience,involving fewer services,the current venue application is in its infancy,especially in the content,publicity,security and other aspects still need to be improved.In this paper,through literature method,survey method,interview method,mathematical and statistical method,logical analysis method,the badminton venue managers and consumer groups to use the reality of the electronic service system to investigate,systematically analyze the development status of the venue electronic service and the dilemma faced,while drawing on the successful experience of the domestic has run the electronic service,try to build a perfect badminton venue electronic service platform.In order to provide the corresponding theoretical reference for the future development,design and promotion and popularization of the Internet management method and badminton class APP of the venue,and to improve the scientific management level and decision-making quality of badminton venues,the article mainly draws the following conclusions and recommendations.Conclusions:(1)Although the service platform for badminton courts in Chongqing is widely used,there are currently problems with insecure online payments,homogeneous service content of the system,low quality of information services and unmet diversified needs of the public.(2)Based on a survey of badminton consumer groups in Chongqing,we insist on meeting the needs of consumer groups as the centre,and aim to achieve scientific,electronic and intelligent venues to build a badminton venue service platform for management informatization.(3)The platform consists of two modules,the front-end user system and the back-end management system,where the front-end user system includes resource display,crosstown dating,sports assistant,information feedback and community communication modules,and the back-end management system includes membership management system,advertising system,customer system,security system and marketing system.Suggestions:(1)The government,society,venues and individuals should work together to endorse and promote the venue's e-services platform,broaden a variety of publicity methods,increase user loyalty and awareness,and at the same time attract capital investment from the government and enterprises to obtain project amounts by virtue ofrelevant policies.(2)The person in charge of the platform should extensively collect users' usage data,regularly update the platform's service content,gradually simplify the operation process,attach importance to the application of advanced technology and recruit talented people to achieve the sustainable development of the venue's electronic services.(3)Badminton stadium backstage managers should extensively collect and collate data on the use of consumer groups,regularly update the content of platform services,gradually simplify the operational process,pay attention to the innovative application of technology,and widely draw on erudite talent to achieve the long-term development of electronic services in stadiums.
