Football Knowledge Question Answering System Based On Time Series Knowledge Graph

Knowledge graph is the data base of question answering system.With the rapid development of data mining and information collection technology,a large number of large-scale knowledge graphs covering multiple fields begin to appear,but there is still a big gap in the knowledge graph of soccer field.Because of the particularity of the soccer field,open domain knowledge graph can not be applied to the research of soccer question answering task,while the existing knowledge graph of soccer can not meet the needs of soccer question and answer task because of its relatively single content.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct the knowledge graph for soccer Q & A to improve the effect of soccer Q & A task.On the other hand,the soccer field involves the transfer of players,the change of team names,frequent matches between teams and other information,and these information is time valid,and its correctness is a function of temporal.Conventional knowledge graph representation model can not represent temporal knowledge,so it is important to design temporal knowledge graph representation model for building more detailed and accurate soccer knowledge graph.Based on this,this paper proposes a representation model of temporal knowledge graph,constructs a soccer temporal knowledge graph for question answering system,and finally designs a soccer temporal knowledge graph question answering system based on semantic analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Proposing STKM,a representation model of temporal knowledge graph,to solve the problem that conventional knowledge graph representation model can not represent temporal knowledge.STKM defines the representation of temporal knowledge graph from semantic layer and data layer respectively.The semantic layer defines the class and subclass,object propertity and data propertity in the model,and puts forward the concept of relationship entity.The data layer defines the structure form of temporal knowledge in the temporal knowledge graph,namely,the temporal triple,and presents the method of representing the temporal triples based on RDF.(2)Construction of soccer temporal knowledge graph: Aiming at the problem of tedious process and many steps in the construction of knowledge graph,the generation method of soccer temporal knowledge graph based on pipeline model is proposed,with temporal knowledge be extracted;A statistical term extraction method based on joint features is proposed to extract soccer terms automatically;A knowledge reasoning method based on temporal rules is proposed to solve the problem of inaccurate reasoning results due to the fact that time information is not considered in conventional reasoning.(3)Based on semantic analysis of soccer temporal knowledge graph question answering system construction.The system is of great value and significance to help people acquire soccer knowledge more conveniently,in detail and accurately,because it can answer temporal question in addition.
