Fitness in campus is the northeast normal university sports institute jointly changchun city bureau of education of teenagers wide public training activities,this study in junior high school physical education and health curriculum reform direction and task for visual Angle,this paper proposes that the development of the physical into the campus activities,purpose is to improve the level of school physical education teaching of physical teaching.By relevant government departments to plan as a whole,to break the limitations of traditional sports teaching methods,the university will be advanced training methods to the junior middle school sports class,implementation will "normal university,local government,primary and secondary schools" three effective union,perform their respective functions,mutual help for middle school sports teaching,the school after school training,contest activities one way,It is an effective supplement to achieve the goal of improving students’ physical quality of junior middle school physical education and health curriculum.Through two action studies in 2018 and 2019,the practical effects of physical fitness activities on campus were analyzed.Under the background of the decline of students’ physical quality,how to improve students’ physical level has become a hot research issue.Most of the studies on physical fitness of adolescents are based on training methods,and there are few studies on physical activity.This research adopts the method of literature,expert interview,field investigation,action research,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to clarify the research problems of this paper.According to the research framework of reality investigation--demand--activity development--action research--summary and reflection,This paper summarizes the teaching concept,teaching structure,functional objectives,course contents,training methods and application cases of physical fitness campus activity in Kuancheng District of Changchun City.According to the requirements of "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards",through the review of domestic and foreign books and papers on adolescent physical fitness,drawing on the physical training content of domestic professional track and field teams,combined with the actual situation of the physical and mental development of junior high school students in China,Selecting suitable training methods for junior high school students to try to build a set of school physical education curriculum in accordance with China’s junior high school students,systematic,effective promotion of physical quality development of junior high school students.And the data after the application is studied to analyze the value of this study.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The cooperation mechanism of "Normal University-Local Government-Primary and Secondary Schools" is conducive to the integration of resources.The demands of the three parties are internally consistent and the actual needs are complementary.The three parties give play to their respective main functions,which is a supplement to the physical education teaching of junior high schools,forming joint forces and jointly promoting the development of students’ physical quality.(2)The teachers and students in the process of activity experienced from "suspected-understanding-don’t adapt,adapt,and accept",a process which accords with the basic process of people to accept new things,activities examination scores improved obviously after verify the feasibility of energy into the campus activities,city bureau of education and the breadth of the city by ten identity was the attitude of ordinary junior high school into the campus activities of fitness.(3)According to the survey data after the physical fitness activities were carried out,the physical fitness of students at all levels could be improved to a certain extent.The pass rate,excellent rate and full mark rate of the physical education examination in 2018 and 2019 were greatly improved compared with those in 2017 when physical fitness was not carried out.The results show that the physical education activities can improve the physical quality of students at different levels.Based on the conclusions of this study,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)The development of students’ physical education needs not only the supervision of the school,but also the joint efforts of the society.Students’ physical education awareness and initiative should be actively cultivated,sports activities should be widely carried out,and physical fitness related physical exercise plans should be formulated to improve students’ physical quality.(2)The effect of physical activity on campus is largely determined by the level of teachers.To improve the comprehensive level and teaching ability of teachers,strengthen the construction of teachers,and strengthen the stability of teachers,is conducive to the further development of physical activity on campus.(3)Attention should be paid to the intensity,time and frequency of physical activity in the implementation process of physical activity on campus.It is suggested that necessary exercise monitoring should be carried out for physical activity on campus to avoid sports injury and improve the implementation effect of physical activity on campus.In order to constantly optimize the physical activity into the campus content.
